STEP 1: Technological Platforms

DOWNLOAD TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS: We will be using two free platforms to communicate during the three days August 17th - 19th. Please make sure you have downloaded Zoom onto a computer or a phone. You will then need to set up a free account in Zoom. We will use Zoom for live video screening and question and answer, any leftover questions will get moved to the “channels” in SLACK. We are also hoping that participants who cannot tune in live will be able to use SLACK throughout the three days to ask questions, so please check it regularly.

  1. Please download Zoom and make sure you follow the Joining Meetings Best Practices. 

  2. Please use SLACK for extra questions and conversations.

DESCARGAR PLATAFORMAS TECNOLÓGICAS: Usaremos dos plataformas gratuitas para comunicarnos durante los tres días 17 al 19 de agosto. Asegúrese de haber descargado Zoom en una computadora o teléfono.
